That doesn't make them related by blood (i.e. genetics) as that would make the infants brought into this world by surrogate mothers related to them by blood (as opposed to their biological mother)... Or, should we ever have artificial woumb technology, then related to that device...
Additionally, if simply having someone's blood running through your veins for 9(ish) months makes you related to them, don't donate blood unless you want direct, maternal, blood relationships with random people.
No, there are two ways to be related to someone, either have their sperm fertilize the egg (or someone's sperm fertilize their egg) that produces you: which is a direct biological relationship, or be raised by (or raise) them. The latter, while still certainly having a stigma if "other" relationships form there after, are utterly different than blood relationships... Which, since this started more than eight months ago, is I assume, what we are talking about.
