Is it even legal for them to obtain personal information like name, physical adress and billing information? I think only authorities are allowed to do so in most cases.
I get that sooner or later cases like this are going to happen but the whole thing so far is really shady.

Good to have you guys back, kind dumb move from VIZ regarding the takedown, as I expect MD have done more than any other manga upload site to direct traffic to the official website to read the latest chapters, they might have even seen a increase in paid subsciptions, if they were smart enough to make the M+ site the paid subsciption service and not Viz.
