The Ramen's name reminds me of a joke/skit where someone orders a drink called something like the "Fruity Tooty Fun Time Surprise", but is doing so by pointing at the menu or simply asking for the "fruit drink", but the person taking the order demands they actually say the full embarrassing name of the drink to get it.

Anyway, do the Japanese tend to say the full actual awkward names for these things? I feel like that tests your strength more than the spicy ramen itself.
