I don't understand how people could hate Nell SHE'S SUCH AN ANGEL
We start a story with an extremely well-built relationship with Lefi, which devolve into a half-ass convenience savior harem with the wolf girl and the ship girl. Lefi is stronger and her 'romantic challenge' - whatever that dragon dude name was - was also giving MC a hard time. Neil keep getting the same strong hero - stronger opponent - sike MC is even stronger and come to save the day - romance the fuck out of that loli trope. Until her character is well explored and MC would actually have to do 'more' than walking around like a human nuke to make the relationship meaningful, I feel like it is understandable that some hate is waranted.

I mean it IS more than that. First of ... some races in that world like if the partner is strong for example Lyuu (the wolf girl). Others want a loving person etc.
MC is a total dork but he is nice and friendly, strong and caring. Also people in that world can feel another persons mana that they radiate subconsciously.

Yuuki his mana is warm and comforting in a way that makes people normally like him. Also each girl has naturally a focus on one of his qualities, but its not only that and they see the rest too. If you look at it objectively he is an incredible catch in that world: powerful enough to ensure you are safe, you can live in his dungeon basically in luxury, its a fun place full of nice people where it never gets boring and he isnt ugly either (even if he isnt handsome).

Why shouldnt girls fall for him?
So the hate Nell gets is a bit weird tho. I accept that everyone has some characters they naturally like or dont like, but hate is a bit much, when the character never did something to warrant it in any form. Just look at her and say what thing she did that makes people hate her that isnt disproven or stupid even in the in story world.

"It's gonna be so much fun!"
Well, it's not like he won't do that when she returns on vacations or whenever she's got time.

This is bullshit. It's like someone's taking the best from one thing and the worst from another, compares them, and calls it a fair comparison. I wouldn't really call anything in this story "extremely well-built"; it's a fun story to read, but it's not exactly peak fiction. Calling something half-assed just because you don't like it is a half-assed opinion, because it's based on a half-assed understanding of the story. And there is no "ship girl".

Lefi is stronger and her 'romantic challenge' - whatever that dragon dude name was - was also giving MC a hard time. Neil keep getting the same strong hero - stronger opponent - sike MC is even stronger and come to save the day - romance the fuck out of that loli trope.
So you want the exact same progression for all characters. That's shallow copy pasta writing. We have AI for that now.

Until her character is well explored
Please read the manga and don't skip everything not including Lefi before saying something like that. Nell's character is well explored.

some hate is waranted.
Most hate is just bitching about Lefi not being focused on. And if that's all you want, better stop reading, because you're going to get disappointed.

He going to live at least for few hundred of years anyways ....

And around next 20-40 year ..new hero likely will emerge on that land ...

And he can always visit her and bring her back to dungeon at least for few days or week

Agree to that. Lefi is another typical harem trope where you see some strong but dumb creature and feed them and they go waifu. What I meant was relationship with Lefi is much, much more nuanced and explored. The dynamics is as balanced as you can expect from a 3rd-tier manga, have their ups and downs, and is unique in the context of the manga.

So you want the exact same progression for all characters. That's shallow copy pasta writing. We have AI for that now.
Which is the point for Neil. She has the exact same progression as other harem members, which is that they are in trouble, MC swoop over with overwhelming power and save them at absolutely no cost to him, and they dedicate their lives to loving him. At least the sheep girl have her own quirk which is being discount Chitanda Eru. Neil is written as a hero who wants to protect people, but the only dynamic she has with MC is being a saved princess.
Nell's character is well explored.
After getting summoned, how did she get strong? How did she train and struggle? Why did she want to become this archtypical hero who sacrifice to save people? What is her personal struggle, rather than the plot struggle?
She got the most panel time so far, but her character is this cycle of getting helped by MC while self-inserting nerds have their weekly fix of overpowered hero complex and hormones.

I don't agree with that. The difference isn't large at all, and I'm not even sure which way it points. It's a different dynamic, like all of them.

That's rather reductive. Him swooping in and saving Nell has very little to do with their romantic progress. But it's much more informative of how she sees herself as a hero and the actions she takes.

At least the sheep girl have her own quirk which is being discount Chitanda Eru.
That's a garage sale statement, run by a temp worker from out of town. Even with how deeply ingrained her curiosity is in her, it's not even her main character trait. She's far more the one who keeps the household holding up. Even her scientific reasoning is different from Chitanda. She's also got no romantic progress.

After getting summoned, how did she get strong? How did she train and struggle? Why did she want to become this archtypical hero who sacrifice to save people? What is her personal struggle, rather than the plot struggle?

My answer stands as before.

Ask most of the same questions about Lefi. Her character cycle is being a bored, OP dragon turned loli like every other manga dragon serving as a waifu who banters cutely for those same nerds.

Why don't they just go with the tale like.....

"Hero sacrafies herself with Demon Lord and after that no one ever won't see her again"

~~~THE END~~~
Nell has quite a sense of Duty and wont settle for stuff like that, which should be clear in this chapter alone.
First of her name is NELL with double L and not NEIL. Sorry needed to say that because you do is wrong so often and even when the replies write it right you still write it wrong.
After getting summoned, how did she get strong? How did she train and struggle? Why did she want to become this archtypical hero who sacrifice to save people? What is her personal struggle, rather than the plot struggle?
The start shows that you never paid attention to the whole thing at all, ignore that she is maybe a wife but still a side character and not the main character, so many things like her training are not 100% shown. But we still see enough of her determination.
She doesnt have a real personal struggle besides trying to fit the role of a hero, because she knows what she wants to do and tries to do. She still had growth from beeing naive and weaker to becoming stronger and more "assertive" and "vocal" with her goals and opinions.
Anyway I also see in your last sentence, that you are either a rage baiter with too much time, a hater or just some Troll. So i leave it at that and recommend that if you are that negative about a fluffy story then you should use your time differently.
