Nagare did not have time to do something about it. There was too little time between them trying to kill yuda and forcing him to jump.

We aren't making it yaoi. Okaya is. He called him his God man. That is super gay. From the body language to his script. Plus Nagare was doing things. He was collecting evidence of the bullying. That's what's in the notebook that the mother is. Secondly seducing a principal doesn't make you a whole. Its not like she's turning tricks in the streets.
