It just doesn't hit the same now that it's revealed Okaya is gay for Nagare while they leave out the glaring mistake that just because Nagare agreed to take Kinogawa's place so Okaya don't bully other people, doesn't mean he also sign up to be bullied by everybody who somehow joined Okaya's bully group.

Unless it's saying he also made the same deal with everyone else. I doubt Okaya would be okay with that. If anything you'd think there's any chance Okaya would let these other scums bully Nagare while the girl cling onto him? No chance after this revelation.

I'm hoping that Okaya's memory is a biased delusion and Kiri wasn't actually gay Jesus, because his accumulated evidence and the other bullies getting involved completely contradict that version of events.

Since the chapter we're told he raise his own cockroaches it was somewhat obvious the nepo baby was sickly obsessed with Nagare, the fault lies completely with the mother of the psycho, for the way she raised him
