What do you define as a gimmick isekai?
I didn't come here for serious manga like Shield Hero, I didn't mention anything like that in my comment, I came in to read a manga expecting something decent but it's actually just awful.
Jiang Bai's is so surface level and OP by himself that they might as well remove the "gimmick" of picking the RNG items.
It is misogynistic, they treat women as fan service and keep replacing them with new girls with different traits for men to fawn over, no character development on any girls and for some reason every women he meets instantly love this man, bad.
I read harem, but the harem is full of uninteresting and underwritten girls because the author's too busy trying to compare Jiang bai's dick to other political figures in china.

Unlike other Chinese reverse iskeais this is a legit reverse isekai where apart from the MC others are just martial artist,don't have any supernatural or cultivating abili and Mc has these super OP abilities thanks to the almighty system not like "A sword god who reincarnated" .

I didn't compare this manhwa to other japanese manga but japanese authors tend to commit to 4+/- girls because adding new girls every few chapters is a bad idea since trying to give depth to 15+ girls in a short span of time is impossible. I don't know what you are talking about here. You're comparing 4 girls who have a backstory + personality to a manhua with girls that have the same personality as a pet rock.

15+? As far as i can recall MCs harem has 9 girls where he doesn't think anything of 3 and laid with other 6,among the six,four has the personality and backstory therefore only 2 qualifies for pet rock
You're quite exaggerating here.
Readers only give little to some attention about harem's personality and the backstory so long there's a valid reason for them to join the harem and all the girls in manhua clearly had.
It's an adaptation,a lot of thing has been skipped.Blame the artist for this.
