Poor Julia can't wink, but at least she's finally getting some recognition from Miko. She really shined this story.
Hana is too OP, and this chapter confirms the Fox God could have taken all 3 of them out whenever it wanted,
but chooses not to because it wants, well, SOMETHING from Miko/Hana.

They suck your HP/life essence/vitality. You'll become more prone to accident (because your body sluggish, lower reflex), easier to get sick (because your body is becoming weaker and your organs falling)
It's very rare that they'll suck you to death because the process usually spans quite long (sometimes it take years)
More often you'll die because of sickness/accident first

@AlouetteSK She can see some ghosts but nowhere near to the extent Miko can. And as far as the granny's concerned she isn't an apprentice, she's an annoying kid.

It's interesting that despite having such clear vision of ghosts and spirits Miko can't see auras like the other mystics can, but I don't think that's new information. Just something I think the author wants fresh in our minds.

I was pretty sure that Hana had damaged a ghost before with her aura. Her aura makes a good weapon cause she can make it burst. She just gotta chow down real quick and waapoww!

TBH I don't think the other psychics can actually help. There seems to be different types of these "spirits". The ones that bring bad luck to a place, i.e. the haunted place that turned into a successful shop after they got cleaned out when Hana went in to save the dog by the thing following her, and ones that get stronger by eating other "spirits", which is present in the same example. The issue is that the granny does not see the ones that eat others to become stronger, and we aren't sure of what the extent of the male psychic's powers are. The shrine maidens with the big one probably belong in the latter case, as far what we are presented with. Since the granny cannot see the big one, she most likely did not ask them to help her, in which case her experience with them is probably completely different.
