That was a very funny altercation and a cute way to solve this whole Arc…I’m guessing we’re going to springboard into Kazumi wanting to know about that fairy her GF keeps talking to. Also likely Aizawa will stick around Sayaka more…maybe for romantic advice.

This kinda confirms Sayaka has 0 braincells in general, since this all started by Michi being kissed by Kasumi, but that barely even registered to her. And that only got a mild reaction at the start.

basically if we recap the previous chapters until now

• Michi got hurt by vengeful ghost, so Aizawa tried to help her by using Kasumi’s body as vessel to help her
• After bring Michi to Nursery, Aizawa who’s inside Kasumi’s body can’t help but wanna kiss the defenseless Michi, then they met Sayaka. this is where all the misunderstanding happened
• Michi began to avoid Kasumi because she afraid it’d be awkward after what happened previously
• Kasumi thought Michi is no longer wanna be friend with her, because previously she had experienced about how people slowly avoid her. so she also distanced herself from Michi
• Sayaka thought the reason of this was because of her (which is kek )
• Aizawa knew all of this happened because of what she did, so she asked Sayaka to help Michi to make up with Kasumi (since she’s the only one rn who recognize her presence)
• Operation to go back buddying until this chapter ends

tl;dr misunderstanding arc to introduce Sayaka characteristics (and bit new infos to others)

the end was a great twist I think nobody guessed. I'm thinking our MC will eventually fall for the ghost and it will end with them never getting to be together

I mean given that michi was able to make a deal with aizawa that let her follow michi around at school I don't see why she couldn't eventually make a deal that lets her follow michi any where or even lets them communicate

it seems like aizawa is bound to this plane by some sort of magic and not lingering regrets so I don't even think there is much risk of her disappearing

Best manga continues to be the best.

On one hand, I really wanted to see them getting together, but on the other, I will definitely take them being together already so we can see them as a couple for a good while instead of just a bit at the end.

Also, folks worried about the main ship and coming up with the idea of hosts for Aizawa and stuff are forgetting that Aizawa can just touch Michi at this point (she even pulled her back in this chapter!), so, yeah, they could just be a "regular" couple lol. This manga is crazy enough that a girl just dating a ghost could happen and with best girl also being able to see her, it makes things a bit more "normal".

honestly i didnt see the twist of kasumi and sayaka dating despite it kinda dangling infront of our noses but ironically i did see kasumi figuring out that michi could see the "fairy"
