She's spot on in this chapter. I understand why he's gotten so soft and focuses more on employees but as a boss it's important to know when to be strict and when to dial it back. Hopefully, the Manga does a good job of gradually building the male lead's confidence and settling him into a personality thats in the middle of his past and present before (or through) the romantic relationship with the female lead. If it does it could really set itself apart (fluffy romance with character development!).

I get it's like "a" step down from it, but was Kida really just browsing through essentially light porn at work on company computers and browsers and not even trying to hide it? Yeah, that's a problem.
