This drama is gonna keep going on for like 10 chapters. Tho recent in the raw had Misato going into the boss room with a champagne or something.She probably had enough of him trying to push her away. Maybe he will stop now. But not sure if the drama is really over

Correct. NTR is non-existent here, and NTR tag is not on the manga for more than half the plot.

Pretty sure he can't get NTR'd if he would not care one bit if she gets together with the other dude.

Unless there’s so hidden side to MC I don’t think he’s really attracted to FMC

Since we see the ML's internal monolog I think it's clear that he doesn't see her as a romantic interest at this time. He probably isn't considering it because of age difference and "how can a lady like this be interested in an over-the-hill broken-down geezer like me." (He's called himself a geezer multiple times.) This is even though she talked much earlier about her parents being the same age gap as ML and FL and how she doesn't mind the age difference.

He isn't going to take ANY hints and is going to need a direct confession from her mouth to understand. It's partly understandable in that a man hitting on a women in the workplace, ESPECIALLY a subordinate, is risking his career.

I'm sick of hearing that phrase "Unnecessary drama". This manga has a drama tag. There's no such thing as unnecessary drama.

You know how broad "drama" is as a tag? If you look at Mangadex alone you can go as broad as Sousou no Frieren, Mato Seihei no Slave, Solo Leveling and One-Punch Man with the drama tag just in the first page, and not to forget that tags are user inserted, like @InsertBagelRelatedPunHere mentioned the official listings for this manga do not label it as a drama.

And even then the drama I referencing is about the lack of progress with MC/FMC, like I even mentioned, while inserting a unnecessary character to "stir things up" which is a cliché in all these romance stories that lack creativity, it's not even the new character fault at this point, MC is not trying at all, FMC don't do anything and there is no development, this new character had more development in one chapter than both the MC and FMC so far.

Compare this to Super no Ura de Yani Suu Hanashi, which is similar in characters and being slow, the author know that the development of the characters is slow (while is 100x better than here) so he does things different to make the progress be more steady without the unnecessary drama, without the need of a love triangle to make any sort of development, just good story telling.

To be sincere don't like the unnecessary drama that the author is probably going to insert because of this character while the progress between MC and FMC is null.

To me it highlights her conviction in her love for Konishikawa. There are no cracks.
