3 dense stooges sitting at a table. All can see connections of others, but not themselves.

To break that love triangle one of thrm got to be more blunt in their advances. No beating around the bush.

I actually like adding the new character. Especially since his short backstory seems to mirror hers so well, I think it could help push things and get some actual progress going.

Poor Konishikawa. It's hard to play Cupid when one of the parties involved is really, really into Cupid in the first place.

This chapter at least highlights that, as dense as Konishikawa is, it's not like Misato is any better at that department. I hope, when she finally realized what Shizumi is trying to do, she'll let him down gently. 🤔

Dude should have just asked her out on a date. This whole "I'm not going to give up" thing is creepy. Just shoot your shot and move on if rejected. Thanks for the chapter!!!
I mean, he did. And he got shot down.

If a girl won't have a 1 on 1 drink with you, she ain't interested. I agree it's creepy af to go "I'm not going to give up" after clearly getting shot down

I really hope he sticks with that realization he had “She’s not interested in his advances” too many romances have the MC help someone try to “get the girl” who clearly isn’t interested in them but they refuse to take a hint. If she isn’t interested you STOP.

I'm sick of hearing that phrase "Unnecessary drama". This manga has a drama tag. There's no such thing as unnecessary drama.
I'd argue there is such a thing, but this isn't necessarily it. They could progress without this and still have it be dramatic but it makes sense if konishikawa sees that she's not interested in anyone else and from that realizes that she is interested in him. That said I really would rather he not overstay his welcome to make that happen.

Anyway bro is so dense to take that long realizing she isn't interested in the dude. She explicitly denied going with him several times, come on man... Why force her to go out with the guy? And why can't this guy take a clear no and stop. :shamihuh:

Could a drama manga have an oversaturation of drama with no cooldown? Sure, but to call it unnecessary drama in a drama manga with very little drama is dumb. Like I understand the phrase being used in a non-drama manga, but I see it used all the time in drama manga.
