Because it's possible that there might have been changes made between the two adaptations since WN is raw format, while LN is polished.
And Manga always follows the LN as base.

In the Novel, by how much does the age reduction work?
I mean if it just says, "you would be young for 1 year", that's pretty vague. As if the supply isn't consistent there isn't really any benefit as it would just become a Drug Addiction case, as you would be dependent on the item to stay young. And in this case, it's possible to actually ban the item from selling.
I mean, no person would like to be reduced from 50 to 25 for just one year only to go back to 50 again if they don't have the money to buy the item.

I think the, "-1 current age" scenario is much better as the effect is longer and you don't suddenly change back to your old age. And even in this case it's possible to achieve immortality.

Eliza can really be a good candidate for that type of right-hand character usually portrayed by elven maids who are kuudere but protective of their masters (maybe like Schnee from 'The New Gate', or Aria from 'Drawing'). Both situations have misuses, and by jacking up the price of rare valuable items, not only they are incentivizing poor people to not use those items for themselves, they are also restricting the item to the rich.
I mean, for a middle-class man, the value proposition of 100 Million yen (roughly $650k) is more higher than the Cure-All and 1 year reduction effect, because there is no benefit for them to reduce their age by 1.
For the rich though, since they have the money, they can easily buy multiple of the item to get their desired result.

Only one copy and no you can't rank up a monster with the same type and it needs be a rank above and within the same mythology, species or origin. There are also genders, and regional forms some monsters have different form in other countries Renka could be evolved into a the Indian Version of Kisshouten a Lakshmi if utamaro manage to acquire a Lakshmi card and regional monsters are also stronger than monsters that appears in other regions. Example is that a Cu Sith from Ireland is stronger than Cu Sith anywhere else and they also look different.
