Replying to second this recommendation. It's called "They are Still Being Shaken This Morning/Kesa mo Yuraretemasu". If you like the tension from the slow romantic developments of this manga, you may like that one. Very similar pacing-wise, but very different approach and setting.

It's also by the author of Jitsu Wa Watashi Wa, with everything that entails (like sharing this series' love of crazy, borderline creepy expressions that are actually hilarious.
