Okay first of all that team shouldn't have Bronya on it. Her skill's buff only lasts 1 turn so it expires right after Jing Yuan's E, meaning it doesn't apply to his talent when it does follow-up attacks. Jingliu or Welt would use Bronya much better, and Asta would be better for Jing Yuan's team.

The current banner is Jiaoqiu, but IMO without Acheron you don't need to pull for him. Instead, save up for Lingsha who is the 2nd new 5-star in 2.5, as she's expected to be the new best sustain in the game (Essentially a 5-star version of Gallagher who is already top tier), and you'll want a 2nd sustain unit.

With that in mind, your 2nd team should be one that can effectively utilize Lingsha, so either a break team, or a DoT team since you have Kafka. If you're going for DoT, you should pick up Black Swan who is expected to be rerun in the first half of 2.5. If you're going for Break, raise your Trailblazer (the Imaginary one) and probably March 7th as well (the Imaginary one). My personal recommendation is Break, as your choice of DPS is much more flexible, and the only character you really need is Ruan Mei whenever she happens to get rerun again (which may not be for a while, but your existing options are still pretty good)

DoT: Lingsha (2nd half 2.5 banner), Kafka, Black Swan (1st half 2.5 rerun), Asta/Trailblazer (Imaginary)
Break: Lingsha, Trailblazer (Imaginary), March 7th (Imaginary), Any DPS that does decent break dmg (Welt, Clara, even Jingliu)

The translator doesn't have a Jing Yuan, he has a Jingliu and she is pretty skill positive once she is in her enhances state

Atm you need to pull for a good sustain. Lingsha is a break sustain thats upcoming so you can go

break march + hmc + w/e element weak you need(or ruan mei on rerun or dr ratio if enemies are weak to imaginary) + lingsha as a break team.
