Not a fan of the new premise. Previously it looked like a pure romcom with two of the same girl, now it seems like a more dramatic tone with higher stakes. I know longer series need drama to keep them going, but isn't it a bit too fast?

Fingers crossed it doesn't go too hard on drama, or better yet, gets thrown to the side after the first volume.

Kinda happy with the serialization but as with the other folks the story kinda changed, on the one shot the girl (I just read and I alr forgot) saved him because she liked him and regretted she didn't tell him that before he died, now it's that they are already dating and it implies that he cannot die on that accident because they are still not dating (I think it's just translation error or something) and now implies that he will die in another accident later on.

Uh..., so now it's a time loop/time paradox then?
Either she survives, only to end up going to another world to save him and continue the loop, or she dies, he breaks the loop, and everything continue on as it should be?

That's sad either way for him, but kinda keep things going in roughly the same way.
But... can you start it off so fluffy only to reach either of those endings?

Reread the oneshot after this. I say the 1S had a better execution tbh, which made the premise much more ambiguous, mysterious, and slightly darker(?). As the first chapter, this one revealed too many things like a mysterious voice, short-haired Sui being her Momiji's GF (they changed MC's name from Yuuhi in 1S to Momiji), and the possible fates of the two Sui. What I do agree is to not let the two Sui meet early.

Did Longhair Miyato's personality get retconned to be more different from the short hair version? She was way more upbeat in the oneshot.

so... the plot is kinda similar to "sekai ka kanojo ka erabenai"
gotta give the author chance how to execute the story

Oh shit, wait this is actually kinda cool. Hopefully MC grows a pair throughout the series but otherwise this is really fucking interesting

I feel like the premise has changed?
Yes it did change, when it was the one shot, when were pushed a week after or so if I remember well, and they had agree to start off as just friend. Also it ended on the two walking together and meeting the Miyato from the other universe in front a a vending machine. And the Miyato from the otherworld was more like cheering on Momiji and telling him to live without regret and confessing (the confession wasn't bluntly just after they barely escaped truck-kun), plus she had also explained to Momiji that in the otherworld she was alive thank to the fact that he gave his life to save her
Sorry if I did some grammar error or mistakes, english is not my first language, also I hope my comment helped !

This seemed like it had a lot of potential. Then it just seemed like another shitty fetishy manga that uses a weird idea as an excuse to feature a man getting to have two or more bitches. But that last page makes it seem interesting again.

Okay real talk, why does "I traversed the multiverse and crossed realities" = "I wear a hoodie now"? Like it's not all the time but it's pretty noticeablely frequent.
That's actually very interesting, I never noticed till now

The thing is, the one shot is supposed to cover a lot more grounds. It’s why it was a bit more emotional and could connect with us more. Since this is the serialization version, that will end up being dragged on a bit. Although I like this new premise, I did enjoy the one shot a bit more but it’s too early to really say.
I get that in serialisation you "need" to drag things out more compared to a oneshot. But this feels more like they skipped development.
At the end of the oneshot myato and yogi were friends (with her knowing he likes her), while alt-myato was homeless and trying to avoid the two to not cause any trouble.
In the serialisation myato has already agreed to date. And alt-myato has already decided to move in with him/ steal him from herself. We could have literally gotten to this point if we added one chapter after the oneshot. This is why I think this feels rushed. Plus these developments make the characters feel less interesting.
Also we have the whole "you must choose one!" Thing, so we already know this is going to be a harem end.

I feel duped reading this manga. The oneshot had a much better premise than this unnecessary drama dump right at the start of the series.

I… think it might have been better to wait with publication until the serialisation hit a similar spot as the one-shot (unless, of course, the serialisation changes sufficiently that such a judgement would be difficult or impossible to make).

Also, calling it now: Short haired FMC wasn't MMC's girl friend (which she regrets since he probably died in her world), but she just introduced herself as such because she didn't want to retain that regret from her old world.
