excuse me but my account gone and cant be access

it said a temporary ban at first and will be lifted at 25 march 13:00, but when i come back i was sentenced to shadow realm. Is it because the disturbance few days ago? or did i say something disturbing?

Bans are a bit broken right now iirc, as the automatic unbanning doesn't seem to occur on schedule. Pinging the staff on Discord might help restore your original account 🤷‍♂️

Maybe that's why some banned people disappear
