@asdfghjkk12 @Clover_Zero I'd agree were it not for a certain dragon who effectively challenged him to do just that— in that sense, it becomes less a "dick move" and more of a "dick waving/penis length comparison" contest between Dragon and Archmage.

Long story short—the reverse harem has begun.

Also, thanks to Chris showing up with people to take care of E, Greed got his tsundere over protective paternalistic daddy/onii-chan vibe going & is now going to go "conquer a nation" in the midst of a bloody & ruthless civil war by Elder Dragon OP. Join me or I roast you all and melt your society to the ground in rot. What does that mean? 🤔 Tsundere dragon Greed is worried about other kids losing their families due to "stupid humans" and he's making an excuse.

Chris quitting was probably a bit dickish, though the people he brought are mostly to help E. It also turns out the best for them because a certain dragon is going to end a war via killing gnats with sledgehammers. =P [Yes, an Elder Dragon is indeed a sledgehammer!]

But, what is in store for the MC? How will she handle it when she becomes the Queen of all of the lands because her cranky-pants tsundere dragon husband conquers two lands because he's tired of the shit-job the oligarchic classes are doing "ruling"? 🤔 How will the people respond?

Also, El was being a bit drama queenish too—the whole throwing herself into the caldera—yeah, sorry, but that is a bit emotionally unstable.

Huh. Further depths for Chirs here. I'm not crazy about how he guilted Eliana into letting him stay, nor how he quit his post when a bunch of people were kinda depending on his protection.
That said, he's pretty definitively a kind person at heart, so...hmm.

Greed and a little kid having a back and forth was...oddly wholesome. Humans have a tendency to ask "why" a lot as a kid, then avoid asking it as much as possible as adults. For someone as long-lived as Greed, any member of humanity might as well be children, so talking to an innocent kid ends up becoming refreshingly straightforward and simple.
Anyway, my impression is that he's endeared to the kid in a similar way Eliana piqued his interest at the start.

@TheDragonLord Well, I mean, Eliana was emotionally unstable. That's kinda why she jumped. But she wouldn't have become so emotionally compromised if not for her shit family and the shit nation she was born in. Of course, I'm not excusing the suicidal drama she went through, I'm just pointing out that she was going through an extremely rough time and I don't blame her for being out of her mind. I do, however, blame everyone else for not reaching out to her and helping her before she jumped. I suppose it's a good thing there was a rot-inducing dragon there to save her.

Bah, that forced contrived plot of Chris liking Eliana is pretty annoying. I thought it was fine as a one-off chapter of showing his feelings in the form of fighting Greed for her hand, but barging in, bringing refugees and his continued persistence toward her is too much for my liking =01. I always feel that when a story only has two people interacting with one another in some affectionate way, they always have to introduce a third person love interest too soon instead of letting things blossom between the original pair(Dosanko Gyaru Is Mega Cute is another entertaining story that does this; stories like Ane Naru Mono is one that takes its time before introducing the third char).

Dat little boi was cute though. And Jill is great as always =03.
