TBF, I am mainly talking about f'd up with reason and not due to gratification like your run-of-the-mill OP MC western RPG fantasy isekai. And not stories where it's clear the author is doing something because they want to, like in Jujika no Rokunin. A fairer, more reasonable comparison to Shiruko Bakaudon would be something like this: I Want to Punch Women!

I don't think it's mean. The pre-serialization was literally Fanbox bait that had to be retooled because Fanbox isn't cool with-- among other things-- incest and rape. If the mangaka had her way initially, it'd just be wank material with pretty two-pager adverts.

The initial shenanigans forced the work to evolve, but it was still being used as Fanbox bait by the time she was presumably approached for serialization. Even with editorial guidance and her own pre-planning, that's about where this specific product is starting from.
