I skimmed back through the series and didn't see any other mentions of dreams, guess we'll get more on that next chapter (or I missed something).

I don't know that there exists any human male who would get embarrassed about being used as a squeeze toy by a cute female elf if he has no masculine image to uphold. In manga land, he would have cast a smug look at Ryu if that were the case. Besides, the creature has already denied being Japanese.
