I don't like how authors write mangas where one of the MCs has a high body count and the other one is a virgin

The writing feels pretty bad in this one but it doesn't get talked about much since the comments are just shitfights over morals and virginity.

It feels like the opposite spectrum of wish fulfillment manga, where the dude shows bare minimum kindness and apparently the girl with severe mental and self esteem issues is a born again virgin. The topic that the author chose to base his manga on needed some nuance to work but he ignores his premise and seems to just write a generic romcom over it.
