why don't just use "exposed". or "i saw it".
it easy to reader understand and you not actually need more explain for it. Translation not about literally. it about transfer the meaning so

This was 100% one of those occasions where it was better to transliterate then explain it rather than properly translate because it was almost entirely non verbal.

@Crystalball even they translate it to English instead of the Japanese pronounce. the explain page can still post there if someone want to read.

Agreed. It's like a freakin' hand gesture pun, localizing it is basically impossible to do without butchering it so don't even bother. Knowing how to pick your battles is important, even professional translations rely on their translation notes pages when you just can't do something justice and can't fit explanations in the same page without making a big ugly mess.
