It's been a while since I wrote that message, at the moment, 110 yen is just 65 rubles, which is indeed cheap for eggs (I usually buy them for 70-100 rubles).
Back in January 2021, 110 yen was 80 rubles, which isn't a particularly cheap price for eggs. Also, eggs were cheaper in rubles back then, I think.
