That would be quite something. Reve can choose its wielder, though, and Rama doesn't seem that eager to wage war on humanity, so the only way Rama can end up with both swords would be if she's destined to bring about peace. As someone who's lived on both sides of the war, she should understand the reasons for the war better than anyone else, and a reincarnated hero becoming the next demon lord would put her in a unique position to negotiate a truce. Even so, I'd say it's more likely that Rama gets the demon sword while the hero sword ends up in the possession of a human who will also be open to working toward a peaceful resolution.
