She believes he's her soulmate on account of her horoscopes saying her fated person was just around the corner. Poor girl is really just looking for a regular romance without her succubus nature getting in the way.

There's definitely an interesting character lurking inside her, but I still think the author doesn't quite know how to bring it out aside from acting as a foil. I'm most curious why she and Tsumiki were so standoffish when they first reunited.

I had to go back and reread the parts with the ear sniffing (ch. 1 and 2) and ear/tail brushing (ch. 18). Even from the beginning Tsumiki has been getting cozy with our boy, and here we learn that the tail thing is probably more intimate than we thought.
Makes me wonder what the werewolf siblings would think if they knew about the tail brushing scene. They clued in pretty early that there was something growing between the two knuckleheads.

I love how his reaction was completely different when Tsumiki did Ako's thing. Our boy is obviously in love with only one girl.

i too am starting to tire of it. hopefully this will be resolved very soon. part of the thing i liked about this romance was the lack of love rivals lack of needless misunderstandings and now they are throwing them at us enmass

Yumenaka's seduction skill works on him when Tsumiki does it, and that makes me irrationally happy.


She isn't a love rival. Like what I said in my post before replying to you: he doesn't react at all to either her general seduction or even her actual, supernaturally-powered genjin seduction skill, but Tsumiki can do the exact same thing and he loses his cool and blushes. He doesn't see Yumenaka in that way even a tiny bit, but he is down bad for Tsumiki.

its just the gag is getting old quickly. misunderstanding gags are only funny for like 10 chapters at best. is this all ako's character is going to be. just a gag to make Tsumiki jealous? they already accomplished that now what just more gags of ako misunderstanding yutaka and running away. currently the narrative is too focused on Ako and yutaka trying to apologize and ako running away and not listening to yutaka.
in my opinion ako is very quickly becoming stale and forced. which is odd because usually the writer is good with characters and resolving things in a timely manner. i am still waiting to give my final judgement of whether or not to drop this. it all depends on if the writer continues to string on this gags undead corpse or put it down. it can be put down calmly and humanely or violent and painfully. i just want it to be resolved already.

we got Tsumiki as a side character the whole chapter. the focus of the narrative has, since ako was introduced, been focused on ako and yutaka. the romance with tsumiki has been put on the backburner until this misunderstanding between ako and yutaka gets resolved. its there but it isn't the focus anymore. that is what is annoying

i don't agree that the romance between them is being paid less attention when we got at least three scenes showcasing that there is something between them.
but i understand the frustration of the current gag being a little long, it would be fine if it evolved in something more serious imo
