At least Nagatoro was encouraging Naoto to become a better artist from the start-- this one just wants the protagonist to play with her at the detriment of everything else in his life.

She's like a "woman who ruins men/spoils men/makes useless men" but she doesn't even have resources to spoil the man with, so the only thing she's doing is directly sabotaging his life. So far, she isn't even doing what she does in order to get him to appreciate life balance.
