Momiji's combination of being young and not playing online games before is probably why she did that. Nemu's probably played enough online games to have learned not to use her real name/nickname. It really doesn't take long for girls to find out doing that's a bad idea. Guys vary from creepy, to what happened to Mahiro, where the guild ended up collapsing. There are some nice guys of course, but they're vastly outnumbered.

Shirayuki's ghost munching on Mahiro's curl on page 3 is adorable.
