I read the novel for that as well which is also terrible yeah. I think it all boils down to mangakas really not having much experience with interpersonal relationships (outside of a select few) so it reflects in their writing. What suprises me is how come this trash got popular in the first place.

Nyanta and pomeko? Fast? I dont think it was fast, rather just incomplete, i dont remember his issue with any single one of the girls being solved at the end, they just decided they’ll stay away and as for his family he just left his house lol. Shame tho, it was pretty good.

She shittalked about him out of emberresment when some girls asked her if they were dating. He heard her and started walking away. She saw him and ran after him to explain but lost her balance and fell down the stairs. He slowed down her fall but got his arm broken so missed the tournement because of it. She never explained to him why she shittalked him as well like every other girl in the series who also don't explain things to him.
