The newbies are a bit green, but they'll get there... Maybe?
This chapter makes it hard to tell whether the story will carry on with carefree comedy, or get serious and tragic at times.
Interesting to see that she has a human side despite her maniacal violence.

The general progression in these type of stories, is to have the MC adapt to the new fantasy system he was thrown into, and progressively get "stronger" in interesting ways.
Which is...Yeah, what's up with the FMC? For 4 chapters now, there was basically no hint of progression for the guy, other than "I got better at Listening!" or whatever.

He doesn't need to have a "broken OP cheat nobody thought was possible!" -- but at least give him more weight. The FMC is currently doing fine solo, so the MC has no place to really make use of his existing abilities, not to mention growing any of them.

That said , to be fair all of them are civilians. She is just an anomaly. I wonder what about nations that has mandatory military service. Those who actually train them properly(I know some countries that just made them free labor )

I was half expecting them to discover the monsters being sentient and enslaved aliens/extra dimensional beings too, finding children in the barrel or something. I'm also guessing 0 air space hence the government liquidating their air craft for their rep.

Repeating my theory from the last chapter:
The FMC is the absolute best combatant japan could send and the MC was specifically selected by secret police to provide her mental support and to be her secretary. The temperament of the FMC must be very delicate, that's why despite of the grave nature of the mission, they couldnt find a single JIDF member who could handle her. There could be no other explanation why the government didnt send an elite commando (or two) of the JIDF.
