Alright, my current theory is that the glasses girl is probably a figment of his imagination. The big hint is the jekyll and hyde mention. Not to mention the fact she knows what he's thinking, but in addition only he has seen her and we've never seen her interact with someone else. It's highly possible our mc is literally more mental than we originally figured him for. Or it's just some fantasy bamboozle nonsense which is obviously less fun than a split personality.
