This is fiction. The mangaka is telling a story. If you don't like the story then you can create your own story about Gomi being pegged and pregnant by the female lead. Do I think that women are degraded in some media? Yeah, sure. I won't deny it. However, that is why we should push and shout out media that shows sympathy to the women in manga.
I don't know if you noticed the female lead isn't innocent. No one in the story is innocent. I like that no one is innocent because its telling a story of these selfish twisted people in what they want. Most of the comments are upset that the husband basically rapped and impregnated her. I like morally gray stories. I like twisted stories. That is why I continue to read this. I want to see what will happen in the end
