Again the author has done cinema, this manages to be lewder than any explicit thing I've read. This manga has captured something so utterly rare and raw, to the point where even this slight pinky flirting has managed to be somehow erotic. And what its managed to capture is intimacy. You get little hits of it when you read your standard smut, but this on the other hand (heh) has caught it well. Whats interesting is that to capture this, the author needed the reader to also at least dislike the protagonist on top of empathizing with his anxiety. Its this mixture of distain, relatability and distrust which leads to making these slight intimate moments pay off. Additionally the details of the scene zoomed in on their hands, a set of slender figures rubbing up on each other only to eventually pay off on the next page was excellent. To the point where you must wonder if they're pregnant now.

And don't get it wrong, she's been driving the whole situation since the mishap with the tampons. She's been basically working on a whole ass project the whole date just to get this guy to make this incredibly tiny move, which I guess for some is satisfying. More or less she's the one wrangling him into doing a date, with an insane amount of patience. In a way she's like a spider, about to capture and eat her prey (seggs). And funny enough, he's accidentally doing the right moves to pass her tests. I really am looking forward to where this story goes next, and where this author goes next for that matter.
