Hanabi whole personality was completely butchered in this new part of the manga and it is totally inconsistent (she really becamed Yukishiro at some point for no reason at all, besides author's bad attempt to try to justify the way she was coerced otherwise it wouldn't be plausible, and even so the whole blackmail thing doesn't make any sense at all, just as we know from the previous chapter)

This author really lost any ability to write something decent after he came up with this drama and misery porn.

I really don't want to waste my time explaning to you why this whole situation is crap and why it is all just an asspull done by the author (who clearly didn't have any idea on what to do with the new part of this manga and literally created this whole drama and dragged it till now), so i'll just gave you some clues written by the author himself regarding this situation:

This is genuinely one of the most nonsensical arcs I've ever seen in a manga.
The whole thing feels like it was taken straight out of a bad hentai plot rather than a serious drama.
Let me get this straight: this guy has a photo/video of your childhood friend when he was a child and nude, and he's threatening to upload it online unless she prostitutes herself for him?
Does nobody in this story have any functioning brain cells?
The material itself would already be considered child sexual abuse material. On top of that, he's committing blackmail, extortion, coercion, harassment, invasion of privacy, and several other crimes. The guy even stole a phone. At this point he's basically building a criminal record speedrun.
What makes this arc so frustrating is that the solution is painfully obvious: call the police. Tell a parent. Tell a teacher. Tell literally any responsible adult.
Author really wanted to destroy Hanabi in all shapes possible so we could "forgive" her instead of doing a proper redemption arc, which, this is not it.

I agree with you on this, the majority of people don't know what that term means and just use it because it widespread in the mainstream communities (since it also became some kind of meme)

He didn’t? Or like, didn’t have to? She got her “incriminating” photo and just kinda left him there. He took ages getting here because he was (presumably) off getting tested for proof that she drugged him, because our special boy is the only one allowed to make sensible decisions
