So - usually "justice" would involve some sort of recompense for the person who was wronged or hurt. That's what's being implied though. People keep saying she needs some sort or karmic backlash, or justice or something, but apparently what's currntly happening to her is too much.
We all usually stick to "an eye for an eye" when it comes to punishment. A crime requires a befitting punishment, right? But all of a sudden her actions having dire consequences is not something she deserves? Think about it, she manipulated this guy into breaking the law for her sake...it's obvious he'd be willing to take that extra step and break the law again, or go even further to get what he wants. She dug her own grave, but I doubt anything serious will come from it. It'd be nice if the author went ahead with it, even if it's off camera, but I doubt it'll happen.
What about this happening to Hanabi, provides restitution for Souma? What about her being raped by this delinquent, and then potentially trafficked into prostitution to pay back some exorbitant sum as blackmail, offers a sense of justice to Souma?
That is why this is being condemned, at least in my mind. If Hanabi is going to see consequences for what she did to Souma, then it should be Souma who sets the acts or penalties that he deems appropriate to feel Hanabi has undergone the necessary trials to be forgiven, or at least see the scales balanced for himself.
And the way this story's being written thus far, either Souma now has to get involved because Hanabi didn't go to him herself in the first place, or she actually gets pulled into this black hole of exploitation and suffering that doesn't affect Souma whatsoever, potentially to the point she either dies or is so broken that death might be a mercy.
(being trafficked into prostitution as the delinquent is "suggesting" to Hanabi is horrific, and I'm kinda perplexed as to why you feel like it's being unfairly cited as "too far" here, if you knew what all it actually entailed for the people subjected to it. Souma is still alive and healthy and recovering and doing quite well. Hanabi, if this went through the sort of process and conclusion it does in the real world, would be lucky if she ends up dead.)
And to you last point - it's anyone's guess. Unless someone happens to be wandering through that park at midnight who sees what's going down and stops it, Hanabi's probably getting raped in the next scene, or off-screen if we're jumping to the next day. She better hope Souma gets wind of what's happening before she starts getting set up with Johns, because if it gets going for too long, there won't be a Hanabi for Souma to get justice from.
