as well as everyone does, it's proly the same way goblin slayer sees goblinsi feel an indescribable amount of rage whenever i see her face but you know i just can't tell you why
I know you’re trying to make a point (like always), but we were shown like two (full) chapters ago that he does in fact have friends who stand by him despite hanabi and co.’s bullshit. Moreover, he has a knife within reach, and can cut the ropes.lol, she won’t ever face any consequences. He literally has his hands tied, he has absolutely no way to fight back in todays society.
His only hope, just like the whole series, is hoping she leaves him alone when she gets bored of him. Look how much power a single fake accusation and a few tears have. That is what gives trauma. Knowing friends will believe a liar who can manipulate others with crocodile tears and nothing you say or do will ever change their minds. It’s horrifying
Depends if the manga adapt the 2nd LN volume or not, if they don't, yes we're closeare we close to the end?
Wait a couple of . chapters, trust meJust annoying at this point. It's gotten to when i sigh seeing a new chapter. I might just drop this
Because no one here has authority to get him expelled. But imagine if these kinds of accusations were at a workplace, and you just happen to be ugly and overweight and that is literally all it takes for someone to attempt to ruin your life for making them uncomfortable looking or being near you.I know you’re trying to make a point (like always), but we were shown like two (full) chapters ago that he does in fact have friends who stand by him despite hanabi and co.’s bullshit. Getting him expelled isn’t really the goal, but thank you for finally giving me context to all of your comments (i’m assuming your example is from experience, please forgive me if i’ve misread)Because no one here has authority to get him expelled. But imagine if these kinds of accusations were at a workplace, and you just happen to be ugly and overweight and that is literally all it takes for someone to attempt to ruin your life for making them uncomfortable looking or being near you.
You’re right that it won’t go away, but there are things you can do to manage its impact on your life. I’d recommend therapy, but do understand that that requires both finding a good therapist and having the money to pay them, two obstacles i personally am struggling with at the moment. When you have that happen, you can’t wipe that trauma. But the hardest part is no one will even accept you were a victim, as you are the evil monster in literally everyones eyes, and no one will ever trust again… and you have literally nothing you can do.
You’re mostly right in that fighting an accusation like that is a losing battle, and if you’re unfortunate enough to be objectively “ugly” instead of just “not conventionally attractive” then once again that’s a problem only money can really solve, but you can manage your weight any time you choose. (Unless, of course, you have a medical condition that makes you physically incapable of doing so, in which case i am truly sorry.)Trying to stand up for yourself is the worst thing you can do too, because then the lies and hate just grow and grow. Because the emotional reasoning is encouraged. People have been taught that if they are feeling uncomfortable that is the fault of the person making them uncomfortable. Which is madness because if you’re an ugly person that basically makes you a monster…. And it does in their eyes. And there is literally nothing you can do about it.
You mean like the emotional reasoning that makes you relive your trauma in a public forum every time you see abusive women in media you choose to engage with?Tik tok even have a word for it, the “Ick”. They have made emotional reasoning into something people casually say and treat with actual validity, it’s greatly encouraged on tik tok. But even explaining that letting your emotions decide reasoning in 2024 might be a bad thing is a lost cause.
I can see that.People want to be angry
if it was me i WOULD carry her to the bonefire....to use her as fire woodI want this so bad. Just once let's ignore tropes and have some reasonable consequences.
sigh That's just asking too much. I'm guessing she somehow hurts her leg while gloating and, instead of wisely leaving her to rot, he will carry her to the bonfire.
