I think it's more likely they all share the same memories, but each one remembers different stuff, or have different interpretations of stuff. Maybe Gal Karin wouldn't be bothered by her colleagues not wanting to hang out with her, maybe Hime Karin thought it would be too much of a hassle to keep being friends with people who talk shit about her behind her back.

What's probably weirder is their home. At this point, it's almost like an SCP object or The Oldest House from Control (the game).

I wonder about the extent of that. Obviously this would've had to happen to the "real" Karin, otherwise it wouldn't be a part of her personality. Maybe princess Karin saw the same scene, but from her perspective she just ignored it like page 1 Karin said.
