I really hope they don't. At most Ichigo should get off his lazy ass and contribute but Miyako deserves someone so much better after her glow up and becoming a proper parent to Ruby/Aqua. She was an unlikeable vapid floozy in the intro chapters but rapidly turned into the most mature and well adjusted character in the series.

We stan Miyako in this house. Have her shack up with the director, he's actually a pretty decent guy as well with him essentially being a surrogate father to Aqua since Ichigo fucked off to go sulk while impotently proclaiming he was "seeking revenge". Bitch, Aqua is a highschooler (physically though there is a strong argument that he has regressed mentally as well) and accomplished more in 2 weeks than you apparently did in 10 years. You hoping to find some clues to Ai's killer in that fishing reservoir?
