F. Missing the weeding episode was absolutely devastating to Kaoru. Her idol and her friends bonded over that one moment and she was left out. Well, at least she does not have to explain anything to her friends anymore about how she swings with the prez...

It's hilarious how three sides all have misunderstandings, nobody is on the same page except for Kaoru's two gal pals. Who are now supportive of what they think Anne and Kaoru's relationship is. From enemies to wing girls after one chapter.

Anne getting paired with Makoto was a surprise, but given how Kaoru is (for now) completely incapable of handling long periods of exposure to Anne (what is she, a radiation hazard?! Kenzakinite?), it's probably for the best.

The biggest surprise yet is that there was actually a confession scene at the end of this chapter. But knowing how nobody is on the same page most of the time, Anne will probably misunderstand again...
