Yuruyuri is the closest in terms of lesbian manga, bcz it is a gag manga in 4Koma format obviously the laughs/stupidity happen quick. But it's not as dumb as this manga.

Saiki Kusuo IS this dumb tho, with characters purposely written to cause the most havoc in the least amount of panels, literally the whole plot is the MC trying to avoid the stupidity to the point he has to use superpowers to not get involved (and FAILS at times). Not really a romance manga tho.

If you're okay with something exceedingly het Yomeiro Choice is actually the original harem shitpost. Very nuts and does not beat around the bush at its own stupidity. But if you're Tweetish I wouldn't touch it, it has all the Japanese weirdness you could possibly name. Not for normies or the fitlered.

If you're okay with anime, Cromartie High School and Bobobo Bo-Bo Bobo fit the bill.
