I say 70-100 chapters MAX to wrap everything up. MC did promise the trio that he met earlier that he will go to their village to liberate it from a witch after he defeats the empress and capture her.

After the business in that village is done and MC is finished with perhaps his last farewell orgy, MC needs to go back to the place where the jealous god resides, kill the empress to wake the jealous god up and then finally defeat him.

With all the other plot threads and mystery going on behind the scenes, the manga most likely won't end by next year especially if the manga is still selling fine.

They should have some left. Funny enough, MC also wonders if the elf ointment can regrow teeth.

But it definitely should work. Imari lost some of her teeth after fighting pig-Leemary but she got her teeth back after being healed.

EDIT: Yeah Leemary said they have little left so most likely they going to use all of it to heal the MC and Lumi.
