You all know what "to investigate" means, right? I'm not asking them to go ask her about her weakness. There are other ways to learn about things besides just going head first into everything. Books about her, other witches, who knows. Author could come up with anything. They have a computer with a lot of information in it, but the only thing it was used up until now was to watch porn.

So basically, what you're saying is that the author should arbitrarily come up ways for the MC and co to figure out her weakness beforehand....just so that he can invalidate the circumstances and premise that he wrote in himself?

Let me actually point out what you're really thinking, that maybe you don't even realize yourself. You're fishing for ways to criticise the story, and lacking any basis for it, you're forced to suggest conditions in the plot that don't exist and aren't in any way logical themselves. Even the super computer you mentioned doesn't exist. Nothing and nobody said it was a "super computer", and the past hi-tech "ruins" they were in also provided absolutely zero information about the witches. The witches themselves don't even know. You're literally making shit up to suit your argument. And even if we were to grant you this point, all the author has to do to invalidate your infallible "lynchpin" idea is to have yet another chapter where the MC searches that room and finds nothing. I thought people complained things were dragging already?

You're like at least half the commenters in this thread and every thread for this series for the past few dozen chapters. Just toxic circlejerkers thinking they're cool dumping on a manga that they're confident nobody understands or "likes", sure to attract more upvotes than disagreement. I can't understand how you think any of what happened on the last few chapters make any sense. How can they go after an imortal witch without even knowing what she can do, without even knowing what "witches" actually are? How can my criticism not make sense when the plot holes are so blatant and the MC acts like he is brain dead?
