I think it's Ran that's very strong (and Glestdragon's no slouch either), and Sigmalio is dangerously smart. A combination that's hard to defeat for our underdogs.

They did address this in the previous chapter. Their cloning tech is advanced enough to count as a proper revive, barring the issue of replicating the soul (and innate magic).

I think Leo won't die because Gil saw Leo's interest when Crimson showed interest in Leo. I doubt that Gil has the ability to revive Leo because Crimson only asked her to give Leo's corpse to Crimson, the next chapter will be difficult to predict whether Gil will be able to revive Leo. However, I don't think Gil will give away Leo's corpse so easily when the author wants Leo to be stronger.
