I don't think it being a redraw itself is the problem, but that it's a redraw and sex. The thing that stops this from being R18 in Japan is the fact that it's censored.

So I'm guessing the chapter was deleted because this series isn't labeled as pornography, but that particular chapter should be labeled as such - that's what I'm gathering at least. I personally don't think MD is particularly at fault then, it sounds like a reasonable mistake on your end, and a reasonable action on theirs.

It probably come with the issue that manga would have to change tags from erotica to pornographic due to that one page edit, like yeah there is hentai here in the site, but that isn't enabled by default and people can opt out, so anyone looking for this and isn't exactly looking for porn gonna miss out on this lol

The problem is the content rating, erotica and below is visible to guests and pretty much has to be censored to a degree else there is a high risk from getting the site banned in countries which has apparently already happened several times before, but sure, there is uncensored stuff, but that's set as pornographic and not something you can really see without an account

(not to mention that since erotica and down is enabled by default it even shows up on the front page.. and the fact that this was an edit by the group and not in the raws)

I don't know what's the policy is, but it seems here erotica is different from pornography and the matter likely stemmed from the redraw. On my observation, pornography doesn't show here in MD by normal means. There's a separate website for it though, and some releases here in MD made its way there. But that doesn't mean it should also be the case vice versa.
