I'm aware and don't disagree with you about the censorship law, but in softcore / borderline-H titles like this, (exposed) genitalia are never ever drawn at all; at best just full white vague shapes, maybe complete whiteouts of the genital area or at worst fully undrawn barbie-doll anatomy of the nether regions are what you can expect, even in sex scenes. It's not even censored... just undrawn. Not even the volume/tankoubon release will draw the genitals in a censored state for a title like this.
The only titles that will ever show censored genitalia (i.e.
actually drawn by the artist and then covered with black bars/small white bars/mosaics/blurs) are the hardcore, full-H titles, of which
this title is not one of them. Regarding the edits you speak of, you're probably talking about scanlator "decensored" Hentai titles, which are accepted here on MD, because in the first place these hardcore, full-H titles already show (censored) genitals from the raws and are already classified as Pornographic by default.
