Powdered medicine? Japan still does powdered medicine while Japanese pharmaceuticals are selling flavored paracetamol syrup in my country. Maybe it's a cultural and environmental thing? Anything in powder form are a bit harder to store in a very humid place all year long.

Just binged... MAN, I LOVE THIS SERIES, and it isn't just the comedy and incredible art, the story is truly well made, with an emotional core that only a few stories can keep up... and obviously, the horni is top-notch too, but that is expected of an author that off-brand before going mainstream.
