I can see this fight going in several ways since now hes fighting a optional boss with permanent consequences for winning and losing. no doubt he has several strategies for fighting her.

There is a non-zero chance that the poison doesnt work on her since it specifically states it doesnt work on Elite four or the Demon king. Since Brahms noted that Kiira could become a demon on the elite four level the poison may not work on her as it would on the other enemies.

Now hear me out on this:
integer overflow to reset NPC memory, the glitched Raspi tries to reset, fails. This creates a glitched entity, allowing easier ACE than through item manipulation or movement shenanigans
Bonus: Kira doesn't have to die bc her parameters are reset, so the trigger for the cursed form doesn't take effect
