What you mean nothing?Okay, so the author just wasted 4 chapters for literally nothing, dear god...
We got boob shots, that's enough plot in itself.

Author's like to chalk-up these kind-off situations to MC's lack of experience in combat, especially when fighting against humans who are out to kill the MC.Out of all of that kurfuffle, I am just disappointed that the MC required saving. They sent the dragon away, and then had her teleport right back, what's the point? At least show that the MC has some capacity to protect himself in those kind of situations.
Well I don't know much about Novel spoiler except from the illustrations of the Light Novel that I had seen, in which we seewouldn't mind some tagged novel spoilers if anybody knows.
a fate worse than deathIt's ok guys, the Shadow Knights just wanna talk to you about your car's extended warranty.
People always forget the base premise of the plot (one reason being the release gap between each chapter), and western readers always want MC's to be OP and act like a veteran soldier.I will quote the person on facebook comment from the chapmanganato
"May I remind you that he was a healer and not a swordsman previously before meeting the dragon onee-san. He has low self esteem cause his childhood friend basically is being compared to him. Being told his just dragging her down. His slowly changing his character and trying to be brave. But its already given that he is kind. Also who said he isn't strong? The people around him are just capable people also. They're A rank and S rank yet his able to keep up despite being like I said previously being a B rank healer. The story is progressing greatly and not too fast. So quit crying."

Here's the thing. If they replace MC as a female then they would have called it a mary sue. Sure bad ass but a mary suePeople always forget the base premise of the plot (one reason being the release gap between each chapter), and western readers always want MC's to be OP and act like a veteran soldier.
To majority of readers, low self-esteem is a minor and fictional issue which should get resolved immediately, as they believe it hampers their idea of character building (which basically entitles to MC beating up everyone who stands in the way).
What are you talking about, the leader had already said to them to stop with the adventurer hunting before and they still redid it. They aimed to kill them both this isn't some pub brawl here, they aimed to silence the 2 of them forever. They should be dead or in jail at the minimum. The leader seemed reasonable and promised he would 'retrain' his subordinates so such a thing won't happen again. With how strong they looked fighting MC and dragon waifu before, I imagine their training to get there was pretty harsh, so the leader will bump that harshness up to 11 or 12, maybe more since this doesn't look like the first time they went adventurer hunting. Still, if they see for themselves whether MC wasn't spouting bullshit, then they'll probably take their punishment with some closure in mind.
That's just my wishful thinking, though. Now I'm curious whether MC's former party will be in a bind that he'll have to come to save them, and where the heck is his childhood friend in all this?
That's why I said it was 'wishful thinking' on my part. Hell, it's more of a 'miracle' that those adventurer hunters would get rightfully punished. But how likely is that gonna happen in this series? What are you talking about, the leader had already said to them to stop with the adventurer hunting before and they still redid it. They aimed to kill them both this isn't some pub brawl here, they aimed to silence the 2 of them forever. They should be dead or in jail at the minimum.
I think "obey" is the wrong word used there since she is VASTLY superior to him in every single way by 100 miles. Somker lady is probably surprised that she even listens to him that easyly.Kinda strange to use the word "obey" him makes her seem like she's in a lesser position to Dion and not equals/friends
Personally, I think they should lose their jobs and their heads. In that order.Even if the leader was cool and took responsibility for his team's actions, those actions were still "attempted murder" or at the very least "assault". The actual aggressors dont seem remorseful. I'd need more than a bowing of the head and heartfelt apology, else those guys would either have lost their jobs or their heads.
I admit I'm only reading this manga to see the reunion between them and Yuki meeting Eldora. Why Yuki haven't find Dion yet? Wtf is author doing by uselessly extending this point
Guild master can simply told Yuki of the truth and Dion's location but nooo~ Author will not do it for some grand plot scheme wannabe
4 chapters on getting a new (temp) party memberOkay, so the author just wasted 4 chapters for literally nothing, dear god...
What I was hoping to happen is that Dion blocked the blow and the instant after Eldora is right behind him with her hand on his neck or something, then Dion would think something like “he was so fast that barely blocking was all I could do…”.This has got me cornered. Like I think Eldora being his biggest support and saving him is good. He's inherited a lot of power that he doesn't know how to use. It is nice to see a slow ramp-up to self-sufficiency. I also hope that Eldora doesn't become unexplainably useless when he gets stronger. I wanna see a competent and strong couple for once. It's not bad that Dion is a nice guy but the overly Japanese characteristic of "Oh it's my fault that you tried to murder me twice, I am sorry for inconveniencing you" Is grating. Of course, it's more nuanced than that but I wish they would not be a walking doormat.
TLDR: Story good, Eldora good, Dion good but could tone the kindness boner down a tad.
Edit: Also these are just my ramblings. Please don't try to make sense of them haha
Nah I disagree. I'm fairly certain that most readers despise this instant op trope. Some people with a chip on their shoulder might enjoy a few chapters of "everyone get's smashed by the ex-loser" but It's downright boring when there's no challenge anymore so it doesn't exactly work as a long term concept. Plus there's already too many of that type.People always forget the base premise of the plot (one reason being the release gap between each chapter), and western readers always want MC's to be OP and act like a veteran soldier.
