So, like, I don't really care about romance in these types of stories, but you can bet that at the very least before the current time Sasha loved the MC in some capacity. She may still, we don't really know since all of this is from the MC's perspective. I get she is doing this for a "good" reason, but she could have gone about it differently, even if she didn't want to have this type of conversation with him.

Having said that, like I said I don't care about romance, but I DO hope that our two reconcile in so far as they actually talk things out together. I don't care if they are friends again, get together in love, or what, it is just so sad to see someone who was your closest friend act in this type of way. She clearly still cares but puts on that bad facade.

I also hope that the other guy, whatever his name is without the glasses, gets his ass handed to him by the FMC as he CLEARLY pushed to get the MC out because he didn't want MC around as a love rival for FMC.

I understand what you're saying and I'm warning that these are leaks but it seems that the manga is different from the novel so things are different.
Even if you read the novel this will only increase the excitement to read the manga

Sasha is as much of an MC of this story like the main guy.

Saw that trope before. And it is shit. Main difference here is that here, Sasha still notice the MC every now and then and gives her hints to help him so MC does think of her positively. The one I am comparing is downright shit because they Ignore the MC, heck, I could even go as far as downright antagonizing the MC by making him jealous, dueling him, etc etc.

What I really can't understand though is how all these parties handle their logistics on their own, they're always firing anyone that handles them, it can't be that people are so stupid they can't understand how useful it is to have someone to do all the trade, cooking, supply runs and many other chores which are vital for a minimal standard of comfort. Are they really the only parties in the city that have someone acting in a behind the scenes role?

You'd expect more parties would be bringing in these kinds of roles so they can focus on what they're good at. An army marches on it's stomach couldn't be more true for the kind of longterm exploration adventurer parties go in to.

In my opinion, I think it's because the mc wants to become the well.. Mc, he wants to be actively playing a role in achieving his dream of becoming a hero, and they know that (as for example in chapter 1.1) they told him to wait and stay back, but he couldn't help but try to get into the middle of action, so regardless of that one case, this is probably a repeat thing, so while they can definitely keep him around for normal tasks, will he himself accept that role? With the danger increasing as their team rank goes up, they can't afford to have him nearby anymore, seeing as they don't want to see him get hurt. I'm not saying this is the case cut and clear but its just a perspective I wanted to throw in there.
