Where did you guys get that Portuguese synopsis? It sounds really broken to be honest. Almost like this was machine translated from Japanese to English to Spanish to Portuguese. In case someone reading this has the permissions to change it, here's a better one:

Com raríssimas exceções, colocar adjetivo antes do substantivo soa feio no português. Sem contar que há um diminutivo.
"Manter" o quê? Cadê o objeto? "Mantê-lo". Sujeito é opcional no português, mas objeto não.
Alguém ainda usa "frutoso" para seios? Se não quer ser vulgar com "peitões", "peito farto" é bem aceitável, sem ser pedante.
"Ao primeiro sinal"? Que sinal??? Vista: viu uma vez e achou que era gato.
"Esta Tama"? Mesmo sem o erro de concordância, há algum outro Tama com o qual "este" possa ser confundido?
Pode até cortar os artigos antes de nome próprio, como alguns nordestinos fazem; marca da língua local não é pecado. Mas ou corta tudo ou não corta nada, consistência é importante.
