This is the thing I have the biggest beef over right now because it legit doesn't make sense with what we know about the geography of the story's setting.

Also, Shuusuke took the Boku no Pico route and had his butthole expanded three sizes like the Grinch's heart on Christmas. Can't feel sorry for him at all.

Actually, if they hid Shiina's brother's gender longer and introduced him earlier as someone that wanted to die with the MC we could have had some peak melodrama.
A bunch of sexual tension with Shiina's brother egging the MC to die as he flops around finding excuses not to do it every other chapter with Shiina's trap brother turning up the guilt tripping and seduction each time (with patented "HILARIOUS JAPANESE ANIME MISUNDERSTANDINGS" that kept Shiina's brother from ever clarifying that he's a boy and NOT a girl).
Then this chapter with " UUUH, THAT'S MY ACTUALLY MY INCUBUS-LIKE OLDER BROTHER, NOT MY DEMONIC TEMPTRESS OLDER SISTER!!"
The double dipping on the "gay for pay" rape thing could still be fit in for the extra shocker.
(Nah, actually it'd probably be best to reveal the rape THEN drop on us the reveal of Shina's brother's gender, a true one-two blow of twists!)"
